January 2024 – SONDA INC USA, a subsidiary of GRUPO SONDA, has successfully achieved the ISO 20000-1:2018 certification. This prestigious certification underscores the excellence and compliance of SONDA’s IT Service Management system.

The ISO 20000 standard ensures the delivery of high-quality IT services that align with customer expectations. As a leading international technical standard, it establishes the requirements for developing and implementing an effective IT Service Management system, promoting continuous improvement in service practices.

Rodrigo Baldecchi, Director of Quality LATAM, led the certification preparation and application process, working closely with Quality Managers Daniele Costa and Lorena Morales. The active involvement of senior management further contributed to the successful completion of this milestone achievement.
