SONDA reported to Chile's Financial Market Commission (CMF) that during the first nine months of 2026 its EBITDA reached US$94.1 million, representing growth of 15.9% compared to the same period of 2025. This performance is mainly due to the maturation and development of new projects in the region, as well as ongoing efficiency plans, and reflects the consolidation of the company's strategic plan, aimed at improving profitability through a greater share of large-scale, high-complexity projects. Operating income, in turn, reached US$56.4 million, representing growth of 30.0% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Between January and September, the company recorded consolidated revenue of US$1,145.1 million, growth of 10.8% in reporting currency, highlighted by increases in the Andean Region (+33.3%), Brazil (+12.9%) and the Southern Cone (+7.4%), while North America recorded a decrease of 3.6%. Net income reached US$13.1 million, an increase of 126.1% compared to the same period of the previous year, mainly explained by higher operating income, and by the sale of the subsidiaries Solex and Microgeo Ingeniería and of certain non-strategic real estate assets.

From a commercial standpoint, as of September 2026, contracts awarded reached US$1,732 million, representing growth of 49.1% compared to the same period of the previous year. By geographic area, the main increases were in Brazil (+87.1%), North America (+65.7%), the Southern Cone (+28.4%) and the Andean Region (+22.9%). Marcelo Castiglione, Chief Executive Officer of SONDA, commented that “the results as of September reaffirm that our strategic plan is on the right track. EBITDA growth of nearly 16% shows that the combination of operational efficiency and large-scale projects is generating value on a sustained basis.”

“The commercial momentum we showed during the third quarter, with growth of close to 50% in business closures, gives us a solid foundation for the coming periods. We are winning highimpact projects in mobility, security, healthcare and cybersecurity, which, together with initiatives in digitalization and business process automation, strengthen our portfolio and help both improve the quality of life of millions of people and increase the productivity of companies and institutions in the region,” said Castiglione.

Notable business closures include, in Chile, the award of a US$8.0 million contract with EFE for the implementation of control barrier gates and self-service machines. Also noteworthy is the RIS PACS Platform project for Mutual de Seguridad, together with a global leader in imaging and IT solutions for the healthcare sector. In Brazil, a highlight was the expansion of the Mato Grosso do Sul State Digital Infovia concession, for US$148 million, which adds new telephony, connectivity, Wi-Fi and cybersecurity services for public agencies. New IT transformation, fiber optic and outsourcing projects also stood out for major retail companies, highway concessionaires and a home improvement and construction retail chain. In Peru, an IT consulting and software development project was awarded by a leading automotive distribution company. In Colombia, highlights include the implementation of a POS platform for a major entertainment company, as well as the IT outsourcing project with the Office of the Attorney General of Colombia, with cybersecurity and connectivity components, among others. Finally, digitalization, data architecture and cybersecurity services for a major energy company for US$3.0 million. In Ecuador, a US$3.0 million comprehensive cybersecurity contract with the Quito Metropolitan Public Water and Sanitation Company (EPMAPS), which includes a 24/7 managed security service. In Guatemala, the Guatemala Cable Car project for US$3.0 million, which will implement an Automated Fare Collection System with an AFC technology platform and integration with the Ciudadana card.

In September, in another relevant milestone for the period, the company successfully completed the full placement of the 193,500,000 shares issued under the capital increase, raising US$53 million, funds that will be used to finance integration projects already awarded.
