SONDA is currently seeking opportunities in Europe, Asia, and Canada as part of its growth strategy

Following SONDA's successful entry into the US market in 2022, the company is now looking to enter other markets, such as Europe, Asia, and Canada. The company aims to provide technological solutions as a global player in this sector. The company's growth strategy includes acquiring complementary companies in the United States. In addition, it involves the search for opportunities in other parts of the world. It also involves establishing an agreement with a partner to operate the data center network.

Diario Financiero interviewed Jose Orlandini about his international growth plans. Currently, the company focuses primarily on the United States and global markets. While SONDA's operation in Dallas has performed very well, we are now looking for opportunities in Europe, Asia, and Canada, since we can provide competitive solutions in those regions.

Orlandini says the Dallas office opening is only the beginning of global growth. We help Latin American businesses, such as banks, food companies, and oil companies, grow in the US and other international markets. SONDA has already signed seven contracts with existing customers and upcoming partners in Dallas. It demonstrates its ability to build business relationships and provide infrastructure support services to various industries. Monitor financial transactions to prevent money laundering, for example.

When it comes to worldwide growth, SONDA is not only interested in opening new offices but also in participating in tenders and offering technological solutions globally. Orlandini stated that the company concentrates on specific opportunities, such as technology tenders for European banks. Additionally, he mentioned public transportation solutions around the world and retail applications. We leverage our knowledge, experience, and technology to strengthen our market presence.

We are also exploring the possibility of acquiring a complementary company in the United States. We are looking for opportunities and tenders in various regions. As part of the search, we seek a company that offers services similar to SONDA's. The company has a strong presence in the US market and will accelerate its growth. While the acquisition should be adequate in size and scope, the company is also undergoing organic change, so there is no rush to close a deal.

SONDA is seeking a strategic partner to operate its data center network. As a result, we can expand geographically in this field. Our organization has invited several companies to participate in the selection process, and we have already signed confidentiality agreements with those interested. We anticipate reaching a definitive agreement in the last quarter of the year. SONDA seeks a partner with experience in air and electrical equipment to strengthen its customer service.
