December 2024 – For the eighth consecutive year, SONDA, a leading technology services company in the region, has been recognized in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) as one of the top-performing companies in economic, social, and environmental criteria.
The DJSI, a global benchmark, assesses companies based on key sustainability areas, including resource management, social impact, and best business practices.
With a direct presence in 13 countries across South America and North America and over 13,000 employees, SONDA excelled in the social dimension, followed by governance and economic aspects. The highest-scoring factors included human capital management, climate strategy, and corporate governance.
