Smart cities

Smart Cities have become increasingly relevant in the modern world. Through advanced technologies, these cities can manage resources efficiently, improve infrastructure, and provide safer and more sustainable services.

What do Smart Cities mean?

According to the European Commission, Smart Cities implement technological solutions ranging from intelligent surveillance and data analysis to smart public lighting and traffic management.

The Smart Cities network offers powerful tools for detecting and preventing crimes, responding rapidly to emergencies, and ensuring citizens' safety.

Singapore was ranked as the world's smartest city by the IMD Smart Cities Index in 2020. This city is known for its holistic approach to technological solutions to enhance residents' quality of life. Smart cities include mobility, governance, and sustainability.
