Santiago, January 30, 2026 - SONDA informed the Financial Market Commission (CMF) that at the end of fiscal year 2025 it recorded consolidated revenues of US$ 1,592 million, which represents a growth of 2.6% in reporting currency, in a year marked by a positive commercial performance and a transition in the sales strategy towards high-value projects with more complex technological architectures.
EBITDA for the year was US$127 million, a decrease of 16.6% compared to 2024. This is mainly explained by higher bad debt provisions -largely associated with a more challenging regional economic context-; a planned increase in the commercial effort, framed in the execution of the new strategic plan; and the stabilization and restructuring of some projects, particularly in Brazil.
"During 2025 we made the strategic decision to strengthen our commercial capabilities and expand our presence in new high-value businesses with specialization by industry, with the objective of building a sustainable and highly replicable growth platform in all markets. This approach implied assuming transitory effects on results, consistent with a long-term strategy," said Marcelo Castiglione, SONDA's corporate CEO.
Net income attributable to the parent company reached US$ 18.7 million, compared to the US$ 35.2 million recorded in 2024. This is mainly due to a lower Operating Income and an increase in Financial Costs, which was partially offset by a lower Income Tax Expense, as a result of a higher recognition of deferred tax assets in Brazil, and a lower Income Before Taxes.
Business closures
SONDA advanced in the awarding of strategic projects based on business models of value solutions and high regional replicability, aligned with its expansion strategy in Latin America.
"Beyond each particular project, the new business and the growth of our pipeline is a response to the beginning of the execution of the 2025/2027 strategic plan, with the objective of being a technology partner capable of designing, integrating and operating critical solutions that transform the way states and industries work. It is not only about implementing technology, but also about redesigning processes, ensuring interoperability and generating real and sustainable impact over time," said Marcelo Castiglione, SONDA's corporate general manager.
During the fourth quarter we can highlight the following commercial awards:
In Chile, three Software Factory projects are being implemented, with the PDI, SII and Carabineros de Chile, through which applications are developed to modernize technological systems and optimize their internal processes. Also noteworthy is the project for the integral modernization of MINSAL's network infrastructure and the managed operation of connectivity at the macro-regional level. Finally, a project with a major mining company for the support and maintenance of communications networks.
In Brazil, a new Field Services, Asset Management and Service Desk project was initiated with a major service station network, with the aim of reducing the management burden of the customer's equipment. In addition, a five-year contract was renewed with Cemig to provide professional services to support and improve its IT environment.
In Colombia, Beyond Health, SONDA's proprietary health insurance policy software for a major insurance company, was implemented.
In Uruguay, we developed the provision and integral management of IT infrastructure under a cloud model (private and hybrid), together with IT consulting services aimed at modernization, migration to the cloud and optimization of services for República AFAP.
In Peru, we closed the Software Factory contract, aimed at the development and quality assurance of SUNAT's critical tax and customs collection systems. We also executed the project to provide equipment, communications and operations of the voting points with the ONPE. In addition, the project for updating and hosting the Central Platform, Networks and Hosting of the Data Centers for the Superintendence of Banking, Insurance and AFP were developed.
In Panama, the expansion and modernization of the collection system of the Transit and Land Transportation Authority and Metro began, including payments with QR code and credit card on buses and subway lines. The project has a two-year horizon, expandable to four years.
A dynamic beginning of 2026
Although they are not part of the contracts closed during 2025, SONDA began 2026 with a strong commercial dynamism, reflecting the strategy it has been developing. The award of large-scale projects stand out, such as the role of External Administrator of the technological platform of the Complementary Coverage Modality (MCC) of FONASA; the award, in the process of being signed, of the implementation of the payment system for the emblematic Bicentennial Cable Car project in Santiago, integrating the most modern payment modalities in the market; and the supply and operation of electronic ankle bracelets for Gendarmería de Chile, aimed at supervising accused and convicted persons serving alternative measures to imprisonment, such as total or partial house arrest, among others.
Enterprises operate in more complex digital environments. Hybrid work, distributed operations, and an increasing reliance on digital services have placed unprecedented pressure on IT teams, who struggle to handle today’s scale, speed, and expectations.
The company recorded consolidated revenues of US$ 1,592 million (+2.6%), commercial closings of US$ 1,746 million (+8.4%) and a pipeline of US$ 6,026 million (+13.6%). This increase in commercial results is a consequence to the execution of the strategic plan and the progress of planning focused on value solutions, with high replicability in all markets
Modern cyber attacks follow structured, multi-stage processes designed to exploit technical and human weaknesses across complex enterprise environments. Understanding how these attacks unfold—and how early threat and vulnerability detection can interrupt them—is essential for preventing data breaches, reducing attacker dwell time, and strengthening long-term cybersecurity resilience.
