At SONDA we offer a BPM solution that uses the best methods, tools and practices with a focus on optimizing business process management.
At SONDA BPM (Business Process Management) is a methodology that promotes an integrated view of the entire life-cycle of a process, with the aim of maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the business. It uses technology as a means to promote control, streamline changes, and improve process visibility and optimization, using a process of continuous improvement.
Our BPM methodology consists of 4 main stages:
- Modeling the process
At the first stage, the sequence of steps required for a given business process to meet its goal is defined. These tasks are organized in order to comply with a predetermined procedure. When the current process has been defined, it is evaluated and reengineered to optimize it.
At the next stage, tasks are automated, where possible. This ensures that these tasks are correctly completed and helps to eliminate human error.
At this stage the new process is implemented, verifying that users correctly perform their roles in the new process.
- Optimization and Monitoring
In the final stage, the process is evaluated to ensure that it complies with the expectations of optimization. It is then subject to a continuous improvement process, where appropriate adjustments are made to achieve an optimal result in accordance with the requirements of the business process.
