Solution

Given the clients problem, SONDA implemented their Managed Services product, that was, at the beginning, 35 fixed workstations, that nowadays are 100 PCs, 200 Notebooks, and 5 Servers, besides the printers and software licenses funded by the same service.

With this solution, METSO keep their stock of updated equipment, with SLAs and inventory control, all of which has allowed METSO to run their business without having to invest efforts and resources in the IT asset management necessary before signing with SONDA.

Results

The solution implemented by SONDA has enabled METSO to have an updated platform, a platform that is passed as an expense and not as part of the investments, which are dedicated exclusively for their own business.

With this solution, the client has dedicated more time to look for new solutions for their business and has stopped devoting time to trivial issues, such as repairing equipment, printers, etc.
