After going public in 2006, we have established 3-year investment plans totalling approximately US$1 billion to leverage our regional growth and consolidation. Since then, we have acquired 13 IT companies in all corners of our continent that consolidate our position, increase our geographic scope and coverage, expand our supply, and strengthen our customer base, to name a few. Our growth has been relevant, achieved on the basis of responsible financial and investment policies that have helped us maintain a sound financial position and successfully weather the different economic cycles in the region.
