The Corporate Finance Division plays a key role in our company. It leads, participates in, and actively supports the transformational processes of the company through efficient working capital management and timely and reliable financial and tax reporting.

These tasks have been essential to SONDA being able to become the size and have the specific weight it currently has in the IT service market in Latin America, both in terms of the company’s growth and investments. After going public in 2006, we have established 3-year investment plans totalling approximately US$1 billion to leverage our regional growth and consolidation. Since then, we have acquired 13 IT companies in all corners of our continent that consolidate our position, increase our geographic scope and coverage, expand our supply, and strengthen our customer base, to name a few. Our growth has been relevant, achieved on the basis of responsible financial and investment policies that have helped us maintain a sound financial position and successfully weather the different economic cycles in the region.

Human Resources

One of the main goals of the HR Division is to be a strategic partner for the  SONDA business units and provide robust support to the organization’s growth through collaborator development. Another goal is to guarantee that the People Management practices are effective and efficient, working in collaboration with HR experts for each particular area. Its strategic contribution in the redesign of organizational structures is in the areas of:

  • Talent and development
  • Engagement and internal communications
  • Compensation.
  • Recruitment.
