October 31, 2025 – SONDA, a leading technology services company in Latin America, reported its third-quarter financial results, in reporting currency and at the same exchange rate, with significant increases compared to the previous quarter (2Q25). Consolidated revenues reached US$396 million, 2.6% higher than the previous quarter. Operating income and EBITDA for the quarter reached US$18 million and US$33 million, respectively, representing increases of 62.5% and 30.1%. Net income attributable to controllers was US$2.4 million, an increase of US$4.3 million, primarily due to improved operating results.
Compared to the same quarter of the previous year, revenues grew 8.7%, driven by stronger performance in the Southern Cone Region, the Andean Region, and, to a lesser extent, in Brazil. Similarly, EBITDA fell 1.3% compared to the same period of the previous year.
For the first nine months of the year, consolidated revenues reached US$1,154 million, a 3.1% increase compared to the same period in 2024. This performance is explained by sustained growth in the Southern Cone (+8.7%) and Andean region (+6.3%), which offset the slower growth in North America and Brazil.
Cumulative EBITDA reached US$85 million, 11.7% lower than that recorded in the same period of 2024. This variation reflects the slowdown in technology investments in the region and the increased sales efforts deployed during the year as part of the 2025–2027 strategic plan, which aims to strengthen sales capabilities and industry specialization. This strategic investment is geared towards consolidating a higher-value portfolio, reinforcing the foundation for more profitable growth in the coming periods. Net profit attributable to the controllers of the company was US$5.8 million, consistent with the strengthening of the business.
Marcelo Castiglione, SONDA's Corporate General Manager, stated: “Revenue growth and the expansion of our sales pipeline confirm that our implemented commercial strategy is yielding results. We are better positioned to capitalize on opportunities in healthcare, transportation, energy, financial services, and retail, with a portfolio of high-value solutions, leveraging artificial intelligence, cloud cybersecurity, and analytics technologies.”
José Orlandini, SONDA's President, added: “Our results reflect a diversified business model and a strategy focused on specialization, efficiency, and creating value for our clients. We continue to advance our 2025-2027 strategic plan, prioritizing solutions for the region's digital transformation.”

In the financial industry, SONDA will implement the Pension Core for a major pension fund administrator (AFP), and in the healthcare sector, it will undertake a RIS (Radiology Information System) and PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) platform project with a leading imaging company.
