At SONDA our Project Management department offers our customers a team of professionals who adhere to best IT practice when implementing solutions. They use a tool called Clarity for better information management and control when implementing solutions based on PMI recommendations.

SONDA projects are managed in 4 stages.

  • Launch: The first stage consists in preparing the project file which defines the objectives, scope, assumptions, constraints, and identifies the associated risks. Also included are cost, deadline and resource estimates, together with securing the commitment of those involved.
  • Planning: The second stage consists in completing the Project Plan using a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), where the project team is defined, the risks are identified, communications are planned and the timetable agreed. Project launch meeting.
  • Administration (Execution and Control): The third stage consists in executing the project, which requires managing the interaction between suppliers, users and executives, and managing compliance with costs, quality and deadlines, etc.
  • Closure: Every project has a closing date, however, at SONDA we continue to support our customers as their requirements evolve, to ensure their IT systems remain fully functional. This support is provided through our operational services, such as infrastructure services, server virtualization and cloud solutions, to mention just a few.
