These processes begin when the patient is assessed either as an inpatient or outpatient, and passes through various stages to produce laboratory test results, and ends when the patient receives these results through different channels: Internet, in person, text message (SMS), self-inquiry workstations or directly through an interface to the patient's electronic medical record.
Our solution's components support patient services, which include reception services and cashier, sampling rooms and delivering results; laboratory services, which include receiving samples, processing samples and results, using automated connections to testing equipment; and delivering results through various channels including in person, mail or Internet.
Our solution is aimed at large and medium-sized laboratories with their associated networks that provide samples.
Currently we have successfully implemented this system for laboratories both within clinics and hospitals and at external laboratories.
