The 2010-2012 investment plan approved by SONDA’s Board of Directors, which will be partially financed with the funds collected from the issuance of corporate bonds in December 2009 (amounting to US$ 124 million), contemplates an investment of US$ 500 million, mainly destined to the implementation of new systems integration projects in Latin America, boosting the operation in Brazil, expanding territorial coverage and taking advantage of the new economic expansion cycle, acquiring new companies in Brazil, Mexico, Colombia and other countries with potential, and developing value added lines of business throughout the region.
